This get dressed activity is fun for children of all ages

As a teacher of young children, I have found that this get dressed activity is great for teaching both traditional skills like how to dress themselves and cognitive skills like categorization.

It’s also a great way for parents and kids to bond over something fun, which can be hard when you’re all in the same house all day long.

The other day I was trying to get my son ready for school, and he was having a hard time putting on his shirt. After several minutes of struggling, he finally gave up and asked me to help him. As I was buttoning him up, I realized that the problem wasn’t that he couldn’t do it himself he just didn’t know how.
